Biography
I have been fortunate to earn due appreciation for my hard work and skills during the last two decade and a half. During 2009 to 2014, I acted as the Editor in Chief (Asia) of the Publications of International Federation of Woman Lawyers (FIDA) which is affiliated to United Nation since 1954.. Another high point was presenting my UN-Approved Paper “Effective Ways to Protect Women’s Human Rights” at the 53rd CSW of the United Nations, at New York, USA in 2009.
UN had granted me 4 minutes time to present my paper. That session was attended by representatives of Member States, UN entities and of ECOSOC-accredited NGOs from all regions of the world and there were 6 language live translations available while my speech. I was also included in the Panel of Judges of the 6th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2011 (held in Seoul, S. Korea) and in the 7th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2012 (held in Bali, Indonesia) and 8th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2013 (held in MaxWell Chambers, Singapore). Recently I became one of the speaker in 7th Edition of Legal Era Conclave 2018 conducted at Hotel Marriott, Downtown, New York, USA on 23rd and 24th May 2018.

Working experiences
Enrolled as advocate during 1995 and started Independent practice from 1997 onwards ie., more than Twenty years of independent practice before Hon’ble High Court of Kerala Specializing in various matters (some important independently filed case lists before Hon’ble high court of Kerala is attached herewith) and also done many cases before various Tribunals like CESTAT Bangalore, Sales tax Appellate Tribunals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal etc and also before various subordinate Civil Courts.
I authored many books in taxation matters which was published by Kerala Tax Publishers. My latest published book “Mediation – Art and science of Conflict Resolution” was forwarded by the Hon’ble Chief Justice, Supreme Court of India. (Different types of cases, which I appeared alone for the petitioners/appellants side, were reported in legal case reporting books like, KLT, ITR, STC, CTR, KTR, KLT, VST etc.and there are various published own articles)
Other achievements
I became the Chief Editor (Asia) of the publications of International Federation of Woman Lawyers (FIDA), functioned during the period 2009 to 2014 (5 years). Another high point was presenting my UN-Approved Paper “Effective Ways to Protect Women’s Human Rights” at the 53rd CSW of the United Nations, at New York, in 2009. I was also included in the Panel Judges of the 6th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2011 (held in Seoul, S. Korea) and in the 7th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2012 (held in Bali, Indonesia) and 8th LAWASIA International Moot Court Competition 2013 (held in Max Well Chambers, Singapore).
Recently I became one of the speaker in 7th Edition of Legal Era Conclave 2018 conducted at Hotel Marriott, Downtown, Newyork, on 23rd and 24th May 2018. I have been an Empanelled Accredited Trained Mediator of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala from 2009 onwards, after completing training under MCPC, Supreme Court of India. In addition, I am also a Trained Accredited International Mediator empanelled to ADR Chambers, London, UK ;and an Empanelled Arbitrator and Mediator of Indian Council of Arbitration, New Delhi. I am the Vice Chairperson of the Arbitration Conciliation and Mediation Council (ACMC) of the Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industries, (KCCI).
